Spent my New Year celebrations in a small and comfy hotel in the heart of the city. the staff were more than helpful and made us feel at home. We were offered a continental breakfast and loved that we could choose how our eggs were prepared - a nice touch. the hotel was situated in a quiet area, yet very close to all the key attractions.

Location: central, yet in a courtyard and thus insulated from the sound of drunken revellers etc. Generously sized room. Very helpful and resourceful person -- only one at a time (this is a small hotel) -- at the reception desk.
As well as the regular bedroom light, there was a single wall-mounted reading light over the pair of beds. In a room this size (and for a price that's reasonable but not low), why not one reading light for each bed, so that one insomniac can read while the other sleeps in darkness? Note also that the staircase is fairly steep and twisty and that there's no alternative to it. This was no trouble for us, but it might be for some people.

Centrally located, quiet, small
The hotel is rather worn out, requires renovation. Staircase is too steep with no elevator alternative. It was too cold in the rooms upon arrival.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible to public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere during the Christmas season.- The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including traditional holiday treats, which added to the festive ambiance.
The staff was not very helpful or friendly, especially when it came to resolving issues or offering assistance. The lack of amenities and services, such as a laundry service, made the stay less convenient, especially during a longer trip.

The hotel is very well located in the old town with short walking distance to the main attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Outside in the yard are parking places. Breakfast was fine and staff very friendly and helpful. Wireless internet access is free of charge and the connection was very good and easy to connect to. The room was spacious and well furnished.
The room we did have was without air condition and the ventilation was limited during our stay. Not any problem except in high summer.

The hotel is located in a prime spot in the center of the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the historic sites and attractions. You can easily walk to the theater, cafes, and Catholic Churches within minutes. the rooms are spacious and clean, with some even having a separate living room area. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delightful. the hotel has a charming courtyard and a small garden in the front, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
Some guests have mentioned that the rooms can get a bit chilly in the autumn due to the gas regulations set by the municipality.

Gierdra was both a very pleasant, efficient receptionist and a wonderful source of helpful information for the tourist. For example, she volunteered that there was a free concert during our stay. The breakfast included eggs made to order. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
The stairs are too steep. Given the stairs, I think the staff should carry the luggage up and down. Someone (like an elderly person) is going to trip or slip and hurt themselves.

The staff did everything they could to meet our needs. We missed our plane to Vilnius & took a later plane, so we sent the hotel an e-mail saying that we would not be there until midnight. It's a very small hotel, but one of the staff waited up for us & got us settled before he left. The breakfasts were good. The room was comfortable & nice. The location was terrific. We were inside the old part of Vilnius & could walk to many of the interesting sights.
The stairway is quite steep. We asked in advance for a room on the 2nd floor (which they call the first floor) facing the courtyard, & they did give us that room. But anyone who has trouble climbing steep stairs should not stay here.

It is a very small pretty homelike hotel with everything you may need during your stay.
Breakfast could be more diverse.

Very quiet and comfortable.
Despite having a confirmed booking, they did not have a room for me when I arrived. One of my male colleagues kindly went to stay in another hotel (rather than me being on my own).

Straighforward, ok hotel. To the main street, Gedimino prospektas, it is actually quite a long walk.
Nothing wrong with this hotel.
